Halle Maria Berry was born on August 14, 1966 in Cleveland, Ohio. Halle Berry has achieved many things in her live. On the age of 42 she was chosen in October 2008 by Esquire as “Sexiest Woman Alive”. This isn’t totally new to her because over the years Halle Berry received many award, prices and titles. In 1983 won her first price when she won the Miss Teen Ohio competition. Later on Halle Berry won Miss Teen All-American, Miss USA and Miss World. In 2003 she was named nr. 1 in FHM’s 100 Sexiest Woman in the World poll.

Next to some beauty titles she also got several awards for her roles in television shows and movies. In 2002 Halle Berry was the first African-American woman that received the Best Actress Academy Award at the Oscars. A few years later Hasty Pudding Theatricals gave Halle Berry its 2006 Woman of The Year award. Since 2007 she has also an own star on the Hollywood Walk of Fame. She even won a Razzie award in 2005 for Worst Actress in the movie Catwoman.
